Supervisor and expertise
Dr. Petr Sulc is an associate professor at the Biodesign Center for Molecular Design and Biomimetrics. His research is mainly focused on the applications of computational modeling with a special interest in modeling of DNA and RNA using coarse-grained models. In addition to this, his research group uses statistical physics analysis and computer simulation to study the properties of RNA molecules in vivo.
